Giorgos Apart Boutique is the accommodation in a quiet street on Ammouliani island. It offers ten accommodation units, seven rooms, two studios and one apartment. In addition, the accommodation offers a seating area and gazebo in the garden. There are two smaller sandy beaches 50 meters from this accommodation, and one of them has several umbrellas and sunbeds.

The center is 300m away, the nearest grocery store, restaurant and bakery are at 100m, and every morning a pastry salesman passes by. The nearest, non-arranged, pebble beach is 50m away, while the nearest organized beach is 1km away.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, hairdryer and mosquito nets. They are set in the semi-basement, on the first and second floor. One five-bed apartment is in the semi-basement, three rooms and one quadruple studio (27m2) are on the first floor and four rooms and another quadruple studio (27m2) are on the second floor. The rooms and studios on the first and second floor have terraces with a view of the sea in the distance. The apartment in the semi-basement has veranda.

The apartment in the semi-basement has one double bed in the bedroom, i.e. one double and a sofa bed in the kitchen. The first and second-floor studios have one double and a sofa bed for two. The first and second-floor rooms have one double and an auxiliary bed.

The studios and apartment have a kitchen with a small fridge, toaster, 2-ring hot plate, coffee maker and full kitchenware. The rooms have a small fridge, small hot plate and the basic kitchenware (glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery).

All bathrooms have a shower with a curtain.

Cleaning and towels replacement is performed on a daily basis, while bed linen is replaced every second day.

Baby cot is available on request.

The stone yard is small and enclosed.

Next to the accommodation, there’s a public parking space for 10 cars.
