Kalntera Rooms is the accommodation in Ammouliani and offers five clean and nicely-maintained accommodation units for 2-4 people, four double rooms (two can be 2+1) and one quadruple duplex apartment. All units are on the first floor and have a sea view. The main advantage of the accommodation is its good location, i.e. vicinity to the center, restaurants and shops.
The nearest beach is non-organized, rocky, and at only 15m, while the nearest organized beach is 1,5km away. The center and the nearest supermarket are at 70m, while the nearest bakery and restaurant are 50m away.
Three rooms (15m2) have one double bed and one has two single beds. An armchair for a child can be added in two rooms with a double bed.
The duplex apartment, i.e. 2 Bedroom Apartment (30m2) is for four people. It has two bedrooms, each with one double bed, and the kitchen for preparing meals only, with no space for sitting and sleeping.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, a small fridge with freezer, terrace, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a bathroom with a shower tub and curtain. A cot is available on request at time of booking. Three rooms and apartment directly face the sea and one room has a side sea view.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while towels and bed linen are replaced every third day.
There’s no yard nor parking, so guests park their vehicles nearby.
