Alkionari by Maria Rooms is located on the island of Ammouliani, 300m from the nearest beach and 200m from the central square.
The accommodation is situated in an excellent position, in close proximity to a market and an excellent restaurant that offers a rich variety of cooked meals at affordable prices.
On offer are exceptionally clean studios for two, three or four people arranged on the high ground floor, first and second floors, as well as two studios for four people located on the third floor. The accommodation units are similarly equipped and contain a double bed with the addition of a single bed or a sofa for two people.
The accommodation is air-conditioned. Guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a two-burner stove (one of the studios on the high ground floor has a kitchen on the terrace), a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower with a curtain and toiletries.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony furnished with seating. The studios on the top floor share a common balcony equipped with two sets of seating.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done daily.
