Dionysus Apartments is a new accommodation in a quiet location near Ierissos, with clean and comfortable accommodation units. They offer eight triple studios (22m2), one quadruple studio (30m2), two quadruple (4+1) apartments (38m2) and two duplex (4+2) apartments (45m2). The yard is large and beautiful, full of shade, greenery, paths, seating sets and toys for children, so it’s the perfect choice for families. Amenities include a guaranteed parking space and a reception 24⁄7. Pets are welcome.

Ierissos city center and the nearest bakery are at about 3,5km, while the nearest market and restaurant are 4km away. The closest beach, non-arranged and sandy, reached up and downhill, is about 400m away. The nearest organized beach is about 4km away.

The studios were designed in 2009 and the apartments in 2010.

Accommodation units are located on the ground and first floor. On the ground floor (entrance from the front), there are apartments and a quadruple studio, while triple studios (each two share a common fence on the back, which can be locked) are on the upper floor.

The duplex apartment is ideal for families with small children. It has one double bed (with baby cot, if needed) i.e. two bunk beds in the bedrooms, a lounge with a sofa bed for three small children, and a dining area with a dining table and a baby feeding chair.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, hairdryer, tumble dryer and mosquito nets (windows and doors on the upper floor and windows only on the ground floor). First-floor studios feature a kitchen with a hot plate, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The ground floor apartments and a quadruple studio have a slightly larger kitchen with a stove, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. The quadruple studio and apartments (4+1) have a bathtub with a cabin.

Cleaning is done on a daily basis, while towels and bed linen are replaced every third day. Laundry service is available free of charge.

One auxiliary bed (free of charge) can be added in all studios and apartments except in two triple studios, which are like semi-apartments, with the bathroom in the middle that divides the part with the double bed from the kitchen. To add the auxiliary bed also means reducing comfort, so if guests don’t mind, the owner is willing to do so.

First-floor studios might have a partial sea view and a garden view from the spacious terraces. The ground-floor units have a view and exit to the garden, and their verandas are enclosed only on a lateral side. They also have less daylight, so they feel fresh throughout the day.

In the spacious yard, you can enjoy the shade of several gazebos and a barbecue. There is a shower on the lateral side.

Dionysus Apartments is a small oasis of peace and an ideal choice for families with children and couples who prefer a quiet holiday, surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodation is located below the highway but it’s perfectly tucked into the greenery and nature. It is open from 10⁄3 until the end of October.
