The south of the island has a better climate than the north. In summer it is warmer in the south, with less rain, almost 2 hours later the sun goes down compared to the north, there is not so much wind. It happens, especially in winter, that in Limenaria and Potos it is a real spring day, while the villages and the sea in the north are covered with heavy fog.

It’s the same with snow. In the north, snow falls every winter and more than once, and in Limenaria and Potos rarely.
