Villa Erofili is located only 70m from the beach in Pefkohori and offers a total of eight spacious and clean apartments (40m2), one of which is a duplex. The center and promenade are nearby, so evening facilities are easily accessible.

The center is about 100m away, while the nearest supermarket, bakery and restaurant are at just 50m (supermarket Masoutis is about 100m away).

The apartments are air-conditioned, have a kitchen with a mini-stove with oven, large refrigerator with a freezer, electric kettle and necessary utensils, internet and a TV. The bathrooms are new, with an enclosed shower area and a curtain. Only a duplex apartment has a washing machine, and if someone needs a hairdryer, please ask the friendly owners.

The guests themselves maintain the hygiene in the apartment, while towels and bed linen are replaced every 4-5 days.

In the small courtyard, there’s a shower and hose.

Private parking is not provided, so you can park nearby (the area can be crowded in the high season, so be prepared for that).

The accommodation is in very good condition, exuding comfort and cleanliness, and it can be a great choice for those who prioritize these things on vacation.
