Iris Apartments is a beachfront accommodation in Fourka. It has six very comfortable, clean, and neat duplex apartments for 2-4 people. The yard is full of greenery and toys for children, there’s also a barbecue, as well as a gazebo with benches and a table. All of this makes this accommodation an ideal choice for a nice family holiday.
The supermarket, bakery, and butcher shop are 50m away, and the center is about 600m.
Apartments (50m2) are set on the high ground and the first floor and have a side sea view. Two bedrooms are fitted with one double bed each, and the dining room has a sofa bed. The capacity is up to four people (five at the most, in the case of a family with three small children). The owner’s goal is that guests should rest and sleep well, so the bedrooms have anatomical mattresses and pillows. Each apartment has two comfortable terraces with sitting furniture, front side terrace is covered with an awning, while the one in the back has the shade from greenery in the yard.
The 70m2 apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two beds for one person, a living room with a pull-out bed, and a kitchen with a dining room, as well as two balconies, one of which has a view of the garden and the other, offers a unique view of the sea.
The apartments are air-conditioned and have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. Kitchens are fully equipped, with necessary dishes, fridge, mini-stove with the oven in the smaller apartments and a large stove with an oven in the large one, electric kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker, and bathrooms have a bathtub with a curtain.
Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days (more often if necessary).
During the siesta, from 15-17h, the barbecue can be used, but in order not to disturb the guests in the surrounding apartments, the owner usually suggests having a meal in the apartment. Also, the gathering in the apartments is not allowed. Guests are kindly informed that visitors are strictly prohibited. In case visitors are present, the guest will be charged an additional fee of 20€ per person. Furthermore, visitors are not allowed to use umbrellas and sunbeds.
Since this accommodation is on the beach, every guest gets a deck chair and one umbrella on two deck chairs. The sea is shallow and the depth is gradual.
There’s a parking lot in front of the complex, but it may be crowded during the season if used by people who came to the village for a walk and parked there.
House Rules: - Visits are not allowed inside the accommodation, only in the outside area of the facility and not during the quiet hours. - Only guests of the accommodation are allowed to use umbrellas. - Only those who make a reservation stay in the accommodation and do not give the key to friends, relatives, etc. - The rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival. - It is not allowed to use towels from accommodation on the beach.
