Iris Apartments is a beachfront accommodation in the town of Furka. It features six very comfortable, tidy, and clean duplex apartments for 2-4 people. The yard is full of greenery and toys for children, there is also a built-in barbecue, as well as a covered gazebo with benches and a table. All of this makes this accommodation an ideal choice for a lovely family vacation.
The market, bakery, and butcher are located 50 m away, and the center is about 600 m away.
The apartments (50 m2) have a lateral sea view and are spread across the high ground floor and the first floor. They have two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and in the dining room, there is an additional sofa bed. The capacity is up to four people (possibly five, in the case of a family with three small children). The owner wants her guests to rest well and sleep comfortably, so the bedrooms are equipped with anatomical mattresses and pillows. Each apartment has two comfortable terraces with seating furniture, the front one has an awning, while the terrace at the back provides shade from the greenery in the yard.
The 70 m2 apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen with a dining area, as well as two balconies, one overlooking the garden and the other offering a unique view of the sea.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped, with necessary utensils, a fridge, a mini-stove with an oven in smaller apartments and a large stove with an oven in larger ones, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, and the bathrooms have bathtubs with curtains.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every five days.
During quiet hours, from 3 pm to 5 pm, the barbecue can be used, but to avoid disturbing guests in surrounding apartments, the landlady usually asks guests to have lunch in their own apartment. Also, gathering in apartments is not allowed. Guests are kindly reminded that visits from third parties are strictly prohibited. If visitors are present, the guest will be charged an additional fee of 20 euros per person. Visitors are also not allowed to use umbrellas and sunbeds.
Since the accommodation is beachfront, each guest is provided with one sunbed and one umbrella for every two sunbeds. The sea is shallow, with a gradual depth.
There is a parking lot in front of the complex, but during the season, it may get crowded if used by people who came to the village for a walk and parked there.
House rules: - Visits inside the accommodation are not allowed, only in the external areas of the property and not during quiet hours. - Only guests of the accommodation are allowed to use the sunbeds. - Only those who make a reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation, and keys are not given to friends, relatives, etc. - The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival. - Using towels from the accommodation on the beach is not allowed.
