Neria Summer Houses is the accommodation in Hanioti consisting of two houses, A and B, with two apartments each. The ground floor apartments (45m2), A1 and B1 are for five persons, while the upstairs apartments (41m2), A2 and B2 are for four persons. Each house has its own yard and that’s the main advantage of this accommodation. They are large, spacious and enclosed. They have shade, sitting sets, swings and children’s cottages, barbecue and parking. The accommodation also accommodates pets.

The beach is 700m away, the nearest supermarket (Vasilopoulos) 400m, the nearest bakery and restaurant 300m, and the center 500m.

Each apartment has air conditioning, TV, terrace, mosquito nets, hairdryer and kitchen with a small fridge, two-ring oven, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary utensils. Bathrooms feature shower with curtains.

The internet is not good in all parts, and there are parts that have none at all. There is no signal inside house A, only in the yard.

Baby cot can be provided upon request at time of booking.

Guests take care of the hygiene of the unit during their stay, and upon request they receive clean bed linen and towels.

This accommodation is ideal for larger communities or multi-member families who want their peace and privacy.
