Eleftheria’s Apartments accommodation is located in Nea Potidea, along the coast on the outskirts of the town. It can be a good choice for undemanding guests for whom proximity to the beach and isolation from noise are important when choosing a vacation spot.
The nearest non-organized beach is located just in front of the accommodation, while the city beach in Nea Potidea is 1.2 km away. At the same distance, you can find supermarkets, taverns, and other content that this town offers. The beach in front of the accommodation has sand in the shallows, and then stones as the depth increases, but twenty meters to the right of the accommodation begins a nicer part of the beach, with a sandy seabed.
It has three apartments, two five-bed and one six-bed.
The five-bed apartments are the same, with one located in the basement, while the other one is on the first floor. The living room with the kitchen has a sofa for two people, and the bedroom has a double bed. If necessary, the owners can insert an extra bed in the living room, however, this significantly reduces the space. The six-bed apartment is located in the basement, in the living room, there is a double bed and two single beds, while the bedroom has two joined single beds.
Kitchens in all apartments are the same, they have a large fridge with a freezer, a large stove, and the necessary dishes. The kitchen in the six-bed apartment has a dining table and chairs. The bathrooms have a shower tray with a curtain.
The apartments have a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, an iron, and guests can get a hairdryer and a baby cot on request. Units do not have A/C.
The verandas in the basement units have a view of the yard, and the balcony of the apartment on the floor has a direct sea view.
Towels and bed linen are changed every three nights, and the guests themselves are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation units.
The accommodation has a small, fenced yard full of greenery, and private parking is provided for guests. An outdoor shower and two barbecues are available to guests in the yard.
Eleftheria’s accommodation can be a good choice for more modest guests for whom proximity to the beach is a more important element of their vacation.
