Ntinos House
Ntinos House is located near the small town of Elani. It is located in a private complex of buildings, with a swimming pool and is a great choice for a family or group, as well as for all those who like staying in a quiet environment.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen with a sofa for two people and a sofa for one person (an extra bed can be added), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
A baby cot is available to guests, upon request, and this service is not charged separately.
Air conditioning, flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, washing machine, kitchen equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a four-burner stove and a large oven, and a dishwasher are at guests’ disposal.
The spacious terrace, which is accessed from the living room, is equipped with seating and overlooks the yard and the surrounding greenery.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. Additional cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are possible for an additional fee. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for the end-of-stay cleaning service.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation facility, but the accommodation does not have a guaranteed parking space.
The accommodation is neat and nicely equipped, it is an excellent choice for lovers of nature and peaceful surroundings.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir sind drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder (6, 15 und 16 Jahre alt). Ihre Ferienwohnung in Siviri gefällt uns sehr gut und wir würden gerne unseren Sommerurlaub dort verbringen. Bevor wir buchen, hätten wir jedoch noch einige Fragen. 1. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft steht: „Gäste können vor dem Gebäude parken, ein Parkplatz ist aber nicht garantiert.“ Wir würden mit zwei Autos anreisen. Falls kein Parkplatz vorhanden ist, wo könnten wir parken und wie sicher ist dieser Ort? 2. In der Beschreibung steht: „Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche, in dem sich ein Zweisitzer- und ein Einzelschlafsofa befinden (ein Zustellbett kann hinzugefügt werden), einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche.“ Wie lässt sich das Problem mit nur einem Bett am besten lösen, da wir zu sechst reisen und nur fünf Betten vorhanden sind? Würde ein zusätzliches Babybett ausreichen (da es kleiner ist und nicht viel Platz einnimmt) oder wäre ein Zustellbett erforderlich? Wo würden Sie es aufstellen und wie hoch wären die zusätzlichen Kosten für ein Zustellbett? Ich freue mich sehr auf Ihren Rückmeldung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Jovan Petrovski
