Glarokavos Studios presents a peaceful oasis near the sea. The accommodation is located close to Pefkohori, approximately 700 meters away from Glarokavos beach. It is intended for families and couples seeking a relaxing accommodation far from the bustling city crowds, while also wanting to be close to the amenities that this picturesque resort offers. Surrounded by greenery and natural shade of olive trees, the studios provide a sense of privacy and tranquility.

The property features eight studios, distributed on the ground floor and first floor, suitable for accommodating up to two adults and two children up to the age of 16. Each studio has a double bed, a single bed, and a fold-out armchair.

All studios are equipped in the same manner, simply and functionally, with all the basic amenities that cater to the guests’ fundamental needs. The studios are air-conditioned, have internet and TV, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove with two burners and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain. A hairdryer and an iron are available upon request and can be arranged with the owners.

Each unit, whether on the ground floor or on the first floor, boasts a veranda or balcony furnished with seating area. From there, a view of the spacious and lush green yard, enriched with olive trees and other intricate trees whose dense canopies create a pleasant, natural shade, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment of peace. This space represents a perfect sanctuary for complete relaxation and escape from the hectic pace of everyday life.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Although they are an indispensable part of many families, the owners are determined to maintain top hygiene standards.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation, adapting it to their own pace and sense of homely atmosphere. Bed linen and towels are changed midway through the stay, for which the guests themselves are responsible.

Guests have a reserved parking space within the property’s yard, allowing for easy and quick access to the accommodation without the worry of searching for parking spots.

Pefkohori is one of the most visited resorts on the Kassandra peninsula, successfully combining Mediterranean charm with a lively summer atmosphere. The name of the place originates from the meaning “pine village”, which is still felt in the green areas surrounding the old part of the settlement, where narrow streets, traditional houses, and a central square exude an authentic local spirit. Pefkohori also offers numerous excursion opportunities, such as boat trips to the Blue Lagoon, Porto Koufo, and Sithonia, while nearby beaches like Xenia and Glarokavos, known for their beauty, can be found. The place is well-organized for a stay, with all the necessary amenities, although during the peak summer season, parking can be a challenge, but good local connections and opportunities for walking make everyday life easier.
