Bella Grecia Villa is located 1.2km from the center of Hanioti, on the highway, going to Polychrono on the left. It offers 21 studios with a capacity of 2-3 persons and one double room without a kitchen. The main advantages of the accommodation are landscaped yard with lawn and swimming pool and parking. No matter what is on the highway, it also has units where it is quiet and noiseless.

The nearest beach is 450m from the accommodation, so most units have partial sea or direct sea views. The beach is sandy-pebble and not organized. The nearest market is 1km away, and the nearest bakery and restaurant is about 1100m away.

The units are 20-23m2, and there are a couple of larger ones, of 29m2. They are located in the basement (eight steps lower than the ground level) and on the first and second floor. Eleven studios are double, four have 2+1 capacity (for two adults and a child up to six years old, sleeping on an armchair), and six are triple. Most of them have double beds. All are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, terrace (half-basement units have veranda), kitchen (with small refrigerator, two-ring hob and kettle) and bathroom (shower with curtain).

There is a safe at the reception, free of charge.

A baby cot can be provided on request at time of booking, and you can request a hairdryer on site from the owner.

The units are cleaned daily, with towels and bed linen changed every three days.

Parking is located along the highway, and several vehicles can be parked inside the yard.

This accommodation is a good base for touring all places on the east coast of Kassandra.
