Pavlidis Stavros Rooms is located at the entrance to Siviri, 50m after the Masutis hypermarket, on the left. It has three studios and one apartment, with capacity for 3-6 people. Parking is provided for guests, next to the building, surrounded by greenery.

The center is about 600m away, while the sandy beach is about 700m away.

Three accommodation units (22-25m2) are located eight steps below ground level, while two are on the ground floor.

Two studios can accommodate up to three people, one can accommodate up to 4 people. They have French and single beds, that is, 2 single beds.

There are two apartments on the ground floor. One that can accommodate up to 6 people and faces the street. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, while the kitchen area has a sofa for 2 people. The second has a capacity of up to 4 people, two adults and two children, has a double bed and one narrower than standard double bed in the bedroom and a separate kitchen. It is oriented towards the yard.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned (there is also a fan), have internet access, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets on the windows. The kitchens are fully equipped, have a fridge and stove (one studio and one apartment have a mini-stove), a kettle and a toaster, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

If someone needs laundry service (for a fee), they can contact the owners, who live on the first floor.

Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, while the hygiene of the accommodation units is maintained by the guests themselves.

A cot and a high chair are available on request.

Parking for guests is provided and is located next to the yard.

The accommodation is in good condition, it was last renovated in 2014 and is a good choice for all those who do not want proximity to the beach as a priority.
