Paramithi Apartments is a newly built (2016) accommodation, and it has eight accommodation units (32m2), four apartments on the ground floor (3 Bed Deluxe Apartment) and four maisonettes with a gallery (4 Bed Superior Apartment) on the first floor.

Apartments on the ground floor are arranged identically. They have an equipped kitchen with microwave, hotplates with two rings, a large refrigerator with freezer and the necessary dishes, and in the same room, there is a sofa bed. In the bedroom, there is one double bed and the exit to a private terrace. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom.

The maisonettes on the floor are arranged very similar to the apartments on the ground floor, except that instead of one bed in the kitchen area, there are two single beds located on the gallery connected by the interior stairs with the kitchen.

Apartments and maisonettes have a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet access, hairdryer and possibility of adding a baby cot. All accommodation units have private terraces with a drying rack. Towel replacement is done after two, and bed linen after three nights.

In front of the accommodation there is a lawn with toys for children, seating sets, barbecue, dining table, pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. In front of the accommodation, there’s a private parking and reception.

After you turn off from the main road at the new church in Nikiti, continue straight ahead to the sea, and after 220m on the right side, you will see this building.
