Amazing Beach House is a house of 100m2 across the beach in Nea Potidea. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to eight people, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the sea.

The nearest market is 250m from the accommodation, a restaurant 300m, and a bakery about 500m.

The beach in front of the accommodation is not organized, it is sandy, but there are stones in the water for the first 2-3 meters.

Seen from the beach and the street, the entrance to the house is on the first floor, and from the back it is at ground level. From the large terrace you enter the living room with seating and fireplace, and from there into the bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two have single beds, and the third also has a double bed. There is a closet in each of the rooms, so there is plenty of storage space. The kitchen and dining room are connected to the living room. The kitchen has a large stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. In one bathroom there is a bathtub, and in the other a shower with a curtain.

The apartment is air conditioned (four air conditioners), has internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, washing machine and baby cot. Behind the house is another terrace, as well as a small yard.

Since private parking does not exist, guests park their cars on the street in front.
