If you have ever dreamed of a house by the sea, Liodentro is more beautiful than that imagined house. It has a lovely private yard with natural shade and direct access to the beach, and the sea view is stunning both from the living room and the yard. It is an excellent choice for larger families or two smaller families. When you stay in this house, you wish you could live there.
Villa Liodentro is located at the exit of Hanioti towards Polihrono. It is nestled in a very spacious and beautifully landscaped yard that leads directly to the beach. The well-kept lawn will be a perfect place for children to play, as well as for adults to socialize. The villa has two levels, but only the ground floor is rented out, as the owners come to the first floor during the weekends, making every effort to be discreet and not disturb their guests.
The ground floor apartment has two bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed, while the other has two single beds. There is a third room with a single bed and a washing machine.
In the large living room, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate one more person. A total of 7 adults can stay in this apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a standard stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a toaster. There is not an extensive amount of kitchenware, but you can request anything you need from the owners, and they will gladly bring it to you. There is an air conditioner in the living room, although air conditioning is absolutely unnecessary in this house, especially out of season. The house has excellent insulation, so it is always fresh and pleasant for sleeping even with closed windows.
Guests can clean during their stay if they wish, and they have a vacuum cleaner and everything necessary for maintenance at their disposal. Bed linen and towels are changed upon request.

The greatest advantage of the house is the fantastic yard, which is shaded for part of the day, with the smell of the sea, a pleasant breeze, freshness from the sea, a fantastic view of the turquoise sea, and peace. The house also has enough space for parking two or more cars in the rear part of the yard, and guests have at their disposal a private built-in barbecue, several loungers in the yard that can be taken to the beach, and umbrellas.
The beach is pebbly (with some coarser sand and pebbles on the shore), with rocks in the first few meters of the water. The sea in this area is exceptionally clean and transparent, and the great advantage of this part of the beach is that it is not crowded at all. Private houses line this part of the beach, so you can enjoy absolute peace on the beach with very few people at a considerable distance.
The center of Hanioti with all its amenities is only 900m away. The street to the center is not very busy, and although there is no sidewalk along its entire length, cars do not drive too fast.
Despite the fact that the beach is not entirely suitable for small children, we recommend this accommodation especially for families with young children due to the shade, beautiful yard, clean sea, small pebbles on the beach, and peace. Trust us, this is a dream accommodation.
