Leisure Nest Villa is located in Pefkohori, on the eastern coast of Kassandra, 700m from the famous Glarokavos beach and 2.3km from the center of Pefkohori with a large number of dining and shopping facilities.

This accommodation is a three-level maisonette structure designed to accommodate up to ten people. On the first level, which is at ground level, there is a living room, kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom. On the second level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. On the third level, on the second floor, there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms. For moments of enjoyment, there is a veranda equipped with seating furniture or one of the balconies offering a distant sea view.

Guests have independent air conditioning units in all bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, a flat ceramic hob with four burners, a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. One of the four bathrooms features a hydromassage bathtub, while the others have a shower cabin or a walk-in shower with a glass partition. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are not allowed in this property.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, with an additional set available to them. Cleaning service during the stay can be arranged with the owners for an extra charge.

Within the courtyard enclosed by a high fence, guests have access to a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a gazebo with a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area.

Private covered parking is available for guests in front of the accommodation.

Arriving from the direction of Thessaloniki and passing through the main street in Pefkohori, drive straight towards Glarokavos beach. After 2km, right next to the main road, on the right side, you will see Leisure Nest Villa.

The villa is located in a quiet area without crowds and noise, yet at a short distance from Pefkohori, the center of events on the first leg of Halkidiki, making it an excellent base for exploration. It is an ideal choice for larger groups or families who wish to enjoy privacy and comfort during their stay.
