Seagull Apartments
Seagull Apartments is located in Nea Peramos, close to the sandy beach. Accommodation is luxury and modern and offers duplex apartments and some of them have sea view. Garden also have sea view, playground and barbecue that guests can use.
House is 130 meters from Nea Peramos city beach. Closest market is 100 meters away.
It was built in 2003. and renovated in 2018. House offers 3 duplex apartments (75m2) and each of them can accommodate up to four adults and two children.
Two apartments have one bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Living room has two single sofa beds for the children. Third apartment has double bed in each bedroom and it is situated in the ground floor from the back side. In the living room it also has two sofa beds. All the kitchens are equipped (small fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle). Only sea view apartment on the 1st floor have big fridge and small cooker. They all have WiFi, AC, safe box, hairdryer and TV.
Two apartments are on the ground floor and one is on the first floor. Sea view have two apartments (one up and one down). The apartment without sea view is overlooking back yard. This apartment is the only one that has two bathrooms with shower and curtain while sea view apartments each have one bathroom with bathtub. Apartment in the ground floor with sea view has also washing machine.
Apartment in the back is being renovated for the season 2020.
There is possibility of adding an extra bed as well as baby cot. All the doors have mosquito nets.
Cleaning is done every 5 days, and guests can request a set of bed linen and towels, which can be changed independently, as part of the rental price.
Garden in front of the house is paved and it has sea view. There is also a barbecue for the guests.
Parking is note private but can be found around the houses in nearby streets.
Seagull Apartments are great choice for those you want modern and quality accommodation, completely equipped but also near the beach.

Proveli smo( četvoročlana porodica) predivnih 12 dana u apartmanu na prvom spratu i nemamo nikakvih priedbi. Komfor je zagarantovan, kao i privatnost. Apartman ima 3 terase i nijedna nije spojena sa terasom nekog drugog stana, kako često biva.Internet je odličan, tople vode uvek ima-ako nema pritisne se neko crveno dugme za dogrevanje.Kuhinja ima sve aparate-toster, kuvalo,elektricni sporet, frizider sa frizom. Tu su i fen i pegla. Spremačica čisti apartman i menja peškire svakog trećeg dana.Napomena -apartman je na brdu, pa se do gradske plaže možete spustiti dugaaaačkim stepenicama, mada smo mi išli na milion fantastičnih okolnih plaža kolima.Sve u svemu -raj.

Zanima me smestaj za cetiri odrasle osobe, dvoje dece ( 17g i 16g ) i dvoje dece ( 11g). Period 20.07-30.07. Ako nema u tom periodu molim vas za raspolozive datume. Smestaj sa pogledom na more. Hvala.
