Balias Studios is the accommodation in the center of Nea Peramos, on the beach, next to the promenade. It offers low-cost studios and apartment and some of the accommodation units have a beautiful sea view.

The accommodation was built in 2008 and the owners are investing in it every year. They offer one duplex apartment and nine studios. The studios are in the building next to the promenade, while the apartment is in the building behind (separated by a low-traffic street).

GROUND LEVEL:

  • Studio number 7 (40m2) is located at the back side facing the street. It has one double and two single beds, kitchen with a stove and small fridge, and a bathroom with tub.
  • Studio number 8 (25m2) is also located at the back side and overlooks the street. It has one double and a single bed, kitchen with a hot plate and small refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower and curtain.
  • Studio number 9 (20m2) is located in front side and overlooks the yard and partly the sea. It has a kitchen with a hot plate and small refrigerator, two joined single beds and a small bathroom (separated by accordion door) with shower and curtain.

FIRST FLOOR:

  • Studio number 1 (20m2) has a sea view, kitchen with a hot plate and small refrigerator, one double bed and a bathroom with shower and curtain.
  • Studio number 2 (20m2) has a sea view, kitchen with a hot plate and small refrigerator, one double bed and a bathroom with shower and curtain.
  • Studio number 3 (25m2) has a sea view, one double and a single bed, kitchen with a hot plate and small refrigerator and a bathroom with shower and curtain.
  • Studio number 4 (25m2) is the only one that doesn’t have its own, but uses a terrace overlooking the sea which is accessed from the hallway. There’s one double bed In the separate bedroom, one single bed in the kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom.
  • Studio number 5 (40m2) has a street view and four single beds. It’is the only studio on the first floor without a sea view. The kitchen has a large fridge and a mini-stove with oven, and the bathroom has a bathtub.

SECOND FLOOR:

  • Studio number 6 (40m2) has one double and two single beds, a large terrace overlooking the street, as well as the exit onto a spacious veranda with a fantastic sea view and deck chairs on the rooftop. The kitchen has a large fridge and a mini-stove with oven

Unlike the studios on the ground floor which have old furniture, the studios on the first and second floor have better decoratin, newer and better furniture. One auxiliary bed can be added to quadruple studios.

The apartment (55m2) on the high ground floor (six steps above street level) is for rent since 2018. Both bedrooms have one double and a single bed, air conditioning and a TV set. The kitchen is separated and fully equipped, with a large refrigerator, stove, electric kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. You can see the sea (between the buildings) from the terrace and the street that separates this and the building with studios.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is provided every 3-4 days.

Private parking is not provided, but the place can be found in the nearby streets.

The owner has a small vegetable shop on the ground floor at the back of the building, while at the front there is a cafe where music is played until late in the evening - the music is not too loud, but it may bother more sensitive guests.
In the tiled yard, guests can use outdoor barbecue. Umbrellas and sunbeds in nearby cafes on the beach, can be used with a paid drink.
