Ioulia Studios is located close to the Keramoti city beach. It has nicely decorated studios and apartment. Some of them overlook the spacious yard with a place to sit and BBQ. Parking is provided for all the guests.
Accommodation is located in the first row next to the beach, 200m away from the sea.
Ioulia Studios is a new villa built in 2013. It has modernly designed studios and beautifully arranged garden. It offers five studios (28-38m2) on the ground floor (a few stairs up above the street level) with a street view and one duplex apartment (70m2) on the first floor with a garden and street view.
Two double studios (#1 and #2) have one double bed. The remaining three studios (#3, #4, #5) are triple, with one double and a single bed. In the studio no. 4, the double bed is a little bit separated. All studios have equipped kitchen with a hot plate, small fridge, toaster, kettle and a bathroom with a shower cabin. In double studios can only be added one baby cot, while in the triple studios can also be added one extra bed.
The duplex apartment has two bedrooms, each with one double bed. Two extra beds can be added if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with a street view, while the access to the balcony, with a garden view, is from the living room. The kitchen is equipped and it has a stove and a big fridge. The bathroom is not new and it has a bathtub with a curtain. There are three air conditioners in the apartment. One extra bed can also be added.
All the units have WiFi, AC, safe, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The owners are very kind and unobtrusive. They’re doing their best to make your holiday better by giving you all the necessary informations about the place and surrounding area or sometimes organizing a barbecue event.
Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as and cleaning, is performed after two days. Guests can use one washing machine.
Garden is spacious and nicely arranged, with an outdoor barbecue, gazebos for socializing and dining, a lot of natural shade, flowers, lawn and toys for children.
Villa has a private parking and it’s very close to the Blue Flag awarded sandy beach.
