The property offers one one-bedroom apartment and three three-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed suitable for two adults.

The apartment located on the second floor can accommodate up to seven adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms (one of which is smaller in size), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one bedroom has a single bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed for two guests.

The apartment on the third floor can accommodate up to eight adults, while the apartment on the fourth floor can accommodate up to ten adults. Both apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The eight-person apartment features double beds in two bedrooms, two single beds in one bedroom, and a sofa bed for two guests in the living room. The ten-person apartment has double beds in two bedrooms, two single beds in one bedroom, and two sofa beds for two guests each in the living room.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms.
