Blue Crystal Villa is located in Nea Iraklitsa, just one step away from the sandy beach. House has few bedrooms and it is perfect for bigger companies. Guests can enjoy sea view, as well as using bycicles or canoes.

House is only 10m from the beach. Center of Nea Iraklitsa is 2km away.

House has three floors and around 300m2 (semi based floor, ground floor and first floor). It can accommodate up to 10 persons. Spacious terraces on the ground and first floor have sea view.

Semi based floor has room with TV, table tennis and billiards. Beside this room, on the same floor are dining room and kitchen with big fridge, cooker and dish washer. Bathroom has a bathtub. There are also two bedrooms in this floor, each one with a double bed.

Ground floor has a living room with a TV and sofa which can be used for sleeping also. Kitchen on this floor is also equipped and has big fridge, cooker, dish washer, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom is smaller and has a shower with a curtain. From this floor you enter a balcony with table and chairs and also with sea view.

First floor has three bedrooms. Two of them have double bed while third has double and singl bed. Bathroom on this floor has bathtub. Balcony has a sea view.

Each floor has AC. Washing machine is also available. WiFi internet is free and available. Baby cot can be added.

The guests can use two bycicles and two canoes free of charge. Guests must take care of them and lock them when they are not used. The beach has six umbrellas, each with two sunbeds- again free of charge but also they need to be locked when you are not on the beach and when you don’t use them.

The owners are not cleaning the house during the stay- they clean it only when the guests leave. They also leave towels in the house so the guests can change them by themselves.

From the semi based floor you exit the garden with a barbecue.

Parking spot is reserved in front of villa.

This villa is ideal choice for big companies or few families who want to enjoy holiday together, near the beach and in peaceful place with sea view.
