Villa Tzeni is located on the coast, about 15m from the beach with round stones and about 20m from the center and marina in Ligia. It’s set in a perfect location on a small hill above the promenade and city beach. It has a very nice landscaped yard with seating area and shared barbecue.

The nearest grocery store and bakery are 100m from the villa.

They offer six accommodation units. Two double studios (22m2) have two single beds and an auxiliary bed, while two quadruple deluxe suites (40m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in a part with a kitchen.
The first quadruple duplex apartment (50m2) has four single beds, while the second has one double, i.e. two single beds in two bedrooms. An auxiliary bed can be added in both apartments.

Duplex apartments and studios have huge terraces and they’re a bit modestly furnished in comparison with deluxe apartments which have been completely renovated, with new bathrooms, furniture, appliances and a non-fenced porch instead of a terrace.

Duplex and deluxe apartments have a sea view, while studios overlook the courtyard and have a limited sea view.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV (duplex and deluxe apartments have two A/C units and two TV sets), kitchen (studios and duplex apartments have two hotplates and a small fridge, while deluxe apartments have a large stove, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher), terrace or porch, electric kettle, WiFis internet and a bathroom.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is provided after three nights.

The owners live in the property and they’re available for any information or assistance.

They have no private parking, but you will easily find a place to park in the area.

Villa Tzeni is ideal for all looking for accommodation on the seafront, with a nice yard. Since the villa is located next to the main road to Nidri, it is possible that the rooms facing the road may sometimes be a little noisier.
