Villa Thanasis Zakinthinos is situated in the small village of Kariotes (Ligia), in a peaceful location, just a 3-minute walk from the sea. The property offers guests a beautifully landscaped courtyard, a stone-built barbecue, a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, private parking, and free wireless internet.

The nearest bakery and shop are about 400m away. The accommodation is located 4 kilometers from Lefkada, the main town of the island, while the center of Ligia is approximately 600 meters away.

There are a total of 11 accommodation units available, including 10 studios for two or three people and one apartment for four people. They are distributed on the ground floor, first, and second floors.

The studio for two people (only one available) features a double bed and is located on the second floor. The triple studios have one double and one single bed each. These units have an area of approximately 22m2.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and covers an area of 40m2. It includes a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a lovely shaded terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner, while the living room has a fan.

All studios are air-conditioned and come with a fully equipped kitchen or a kitchenette (small fridge and stove, toaster, kettle, as well as cookware), plasma TV, and a bathroom with a hairdryer.

Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every three days.

The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, peaceful, with a pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, plenty of shade, and tables with chairs for sitting.

Private parking is available for all guests.

Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement with the owner.
