Dialehti Rooms is one of the most popular accommodations in Neos Marmaras, and there are many reasons for it: just one hundred meters from the city beach, overlooking the sea, a good price-quality ratio, air-conditioned units with internet signal, very friendly owners and spacious terraces… This accommodation is worthy of attention, whether you are looking for a place for family vacation, whether you are traveling alone or with your friends.

Dialehti accommodation is 100m from the city beach in Neos Marmaras, public parking is at 160m, and distance from the city square and all amenities is 300m.

The accommodation has four apartments and nine studios, arranged on two floors. There is also one newly built quadruple apartment on the ground floor, completely separated from other accommodation units and with a separate entrance. The last time most units were renovated in 2016, the units are in good condition, well-maintained, clean, and well equipped. In the case of non renovated units, the kitchen was not changed, either A/C, and in the bathrooms there is no shower tray - only tiles.

Double (or triple, if necessary) studio no. 103 (on the website 2 Bed Studio No. 103, Non-renovated, Sea View) is located on the first floor, it’s not renovated and it has a sea view. The studio has one double (1.20 ×2.00) and one single bed and a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The furniture is new, and the bathroom has a shower without a tray - only tiles.

Double (or triple, if necessary) studio no. 101 (on site 2 Bed Studio No. 101, Non-renovated, First Floor, Mountain View) on the first floor, is one of four units that have no sea view, it overlooks the hill behind the accommodation. This unit has one double (1.20 ×2.00) and a single bed, equipped kitchen and a huge terrace.

The units no. 202 and no. 205 are apartments on the second floor, renovated, with a sea view (2 Bedroom Apartment, Renovated, Sea View). They have two air conditioners, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hairdryer, two single beds in the first and one double and one single bed in the second bedroom. The apartment no. 105 on the first floor is the same.

Non-renovated apartment for four persons no. 102 is on the first floor (2 Bedroom Apartment, Non-renovated, First Floor, Sea View) and it has a sea view. In the kitchen area, there’s a single sofa bed, while in the bedroom, there is one double and one single bed. This apartment has one bathroom with a shower without tray - only tiles, and one air-conditioner, but it has a large terrace with truly wonderful sea view.

The newly built ground floor apartment consists of two completely separate rooms, with a kitchenette and a bathroom between them. In one room there is a folding corner sofa and in the other there is a double bed. The kitchen has hotplates and a fridge with a small freezer compartment, and there is a shower tray in the bathroom. Each room has a separate exit to the veranda that is in front of the apartment, and it is equipped with a large sun umbrella, seating set and a laundry drying rack.
All remaining studios have the same bed combination (one double and a single bed), all are air-conditioned and renovated, only some of them have a sea view, and some overlook the hill behind the accommodation. The accommodation has no mosquito nets, but the owner provides guests with an anti-mosquito liquid. All units are bright, but in units that overlook the hill behind the accommodation is not sunny all day, as the hill throws a shadow. Cleaning of studios and apartments, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is performed after four nights.

The accommodation has no yard. There’s a cafe on the ground floor with reasonable working hours, so there’s no big noise. There are two parking places in front of the accommodation, but large public parking is only 160m away, next to the city beach.

You will find this accommodation easily, as it’s right next to the football field and the city beach. As soon as you see the field while driving the Nikiti – Sarti main road, turn off to one of the alleys to the right and drive towards the football field, where you’ll see a sign with the name of the accommodation on its lateral side.
