Zotos Studios is located at about 180m from the city beach, about 500m from the center and about 700m from Pondi beach. The villa is located near the center and the beach, on the road leading to Pondi beach. Private parking is provided for all guests.

The nearest bakery and grocery store are at about 200m.

There are studios (25m2) for 2-3 people, with one double and a single bed, as well as apartments (50m2) with one double and a single bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the kitchen part.

All units have air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with mini-stove with oven an a fridge with freezer, TV, WiFi internet, bathroom and a terrace, while the crib is available with a mandatory booking inquiry.

Although they don’t have a reception desk, the owners live in the villa and are at disposal for any help or information.

After entering Vasiliki, pass the SPetrol gas station, turn to the right at the first intersection, drive another 120m to the next intersection and turn to the right towards Agios Petros village and Pondi settlement. Drive for another 500m until you see Zotos Studios on your right-hand side.
