Loxandra Studios is an accommodation near the sea and the beach, on one of the best locations in the quiet Metamorfosi. All accommodation units are in good condition, neat and modernly equipped, with all that’s necessary for a pleasant stay. Bakery, pastry shop and cafe within the building, as well as free parking space, are just some of the amenities that this accommodation offers.

The beach is about 100m away, the supermarket is 200m away, and all the offer of this resort is in its vicinity. Surrounded by beautiful pine forests and a children’s playground, visitors can enjoy a view of the pleasant greenery, while several accommodation units on the floor have a partial sea view.

There are ten studios (30m2) for 2-4 people. All studios have a kitchenette with hotplates, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and all the necessary kitchen utensils, a bathroom with shower tray and hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a private terrace with sitting set. Double studios have one double bed or two connected single beds, and one auxiliary bed can be added as well. Quadruple studios have a combination of one double bed and two single beds or two bunk beds. A baby cot is available free of charge, upon request. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning of studios, is done after three nights.

As part of the accommodation, there’s a pancake-pastry shop on the ground floor and a coffee shop on the first floor, where guests can relax and enjoy a coffee or a drink. There is no yard. Free public parking is across the street.

Turn off the main highway to Metamorfosi and continue ahead towards the sea. At the end of the street, turn right and after little less than 100m, turn into the first street again on the right and you’ll see accommodation.

Due to the good location and quality which is offered, Loxandra Studios can be the right choice for families looking for a beautifully decorated, clean and quality accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the picturesque city center.
