Evangelia’s Family House is a new accommodation at just a short walk from Trani Ammouda beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. Situated in the paradise courtyard in Ormos Panagias, this villa has all our recommendations for a quiet family vacation in a great location for sightseeing in Sithonia. In addition to the beautifully landscaped courtyard, the accommodation has also a very high level of hygiene and new furniture.

The distance from the sea is about 300m, while the center is at about 900m, while the bigger market can be found at about 1km.

The house was last time renovated in 2015.

Evangelia’s Family House offers ten studios (25m2) with a balcony (5m2). Six studios are equipped with one double bed and a folding sofa for two, while four are with one double bed and bunk beds. From 2023, there are three more Deluxe studios on offer, located on the ground floor, one of which is a two-bed (25m2), one three-bed (30m2), and one four-bed (35m2). All Deluxe studios have one double bed, the three-bed studio has an additional bed for one person, and the four-bed studio has two additional beds for one person.

Studios are air-conditioned and have a TV, internet, and mosquito nets. Kitchens are equipped, with refrigerators with a freezer compartment (some are larger, some of them are smaller) and a microwave in some studios. In the bathrooms, showers have a glass from one side. A hairdryer is also provided.

Bed linen and towels are replaced after 3-4 days, while the garbage is taken away every day.

In the yard, there’s a small playground for children and since the location is quiet, it’s ideal for families with children. There’s covered parking in a spacious courtyard, as well as a charcoal BBQ grill, also covered.

You will reach the accommodation by driving on the main road and entering Ormos Panagias at the entrance on the left that leads to Trani Ammouda Beach. You will drive down that road and when you reach the accommodation Anna Pousi, after 50m you will turn into a smaller street on the left. Follow the signs and after 100m you will reach the accommodation.

The accommodation is a great choice for all of those who want a quiet holiday, close to a beautiful beach.
