Katia Studios is located in Sykia, a small village in the southeast of Sithonia, famous for its beautiful beaches. It is located in a large and very nice yard.
Sykia beach is about 450m away, and the closest supermarket is about 500m away, in the Melissi Camping.
Guests have at their disposal a total of ten quadruple studios, four of them on the ground floor, and six on the first floor. In the studios on the ground floor there is one queen size bed and one single bed under which one is one more single bed in the form of a drawer, which significantly reduces space. In the studios on the first floor there is one queen size bed and bunk beds. Kitchens in all studios are the same, they have a small oven with hotplates, a small fridge with a freezer compartment and necessary dishes. The bathrooms have shower cabin. Each studio has a balcony with a dining table and awning. The studios are air-conditioned, have TV and wireless internet. The owners do not replace towels and bed linen, but guests can ask for the clean ones and replace them by themselves.
The accommodation has private parking for guests, and in the yard full of flowers and greenery there are gazebo, barbecue, toys for children and outdoor shower.
As you approach Sykia from the main road from Sarti, on the left you will see a signpost for Katia Studios and Nefeli Hotel (they are in the same building, divided in two parts), and the road that leads to them is unpaved.
Katia Studios can be a good choice for families or couples who plan to spend holidays with friends in peace enjoying greenery and grilling while children are playing carelessly.
