Keramaria House is located a bit outside of Neos Marmaras. It’s a new accommodation with 11 accommodation units and a very nice yard.

The beach is at about 50m, but a better, arranged part of the same beach is about 400m away.

It consists of three double (two of them 15m2 - No. 1 and 2, and one of them 20m2 - No. 3), two triple (one 25m2 - No. 5, aod one 20m2 - No. 10) and six quadruple (four of them are 25m2 - No. 4, 6, 7 and 8, while two of them are 20m2 - No. 9 and 11) accommodation units (one of which is with a separate bedroom - No. 4).

Quadruple studios have two single beds and a small hallway that leads to the kitchen with two bunk beds. All quadruple studios have a similar structure, except for one on the ground floor with one single bed and a folding armchair instead of bunk beds. Its capacity is three adults and one child.
The apartment is located on the second floor, and it has one ouble bed and one folding sofa in two separate rooms.

Accommodation units on the first floor have large terraces and those on the ground floor have enclosed porch. The second floor offers a sea view, while the first floor has a partial sea view. The ground floor is suitable for families with small children.

All units are air-conditioned, with mosquito nets, TV and internet. The rooms without kitchen have a gas hotplates and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower with curtain. If someone of the guests needs to wash laundry, just inform to the owners. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days, while cleaning is performed upon request.

The courtyard is very pleasant, there is a place for children with toys and swings, summer house with barbecue and outdoor dining, as well as a shower. There is private parking. The nearest supermarket is 1km away.
