Akti Psarogiannis - Garden House is located in a beautiful courtyard on the private property of the Psarogiannis family in Vourvourou. Protected from noise, surrounded by a landscaped courtyard with shade and barbecue, it’s ideal for families with children.

From the beach and Akti House, the accommodation is about 200m away, while the closest store and a tavern are at about 600m.

The Garden House has apartments and studios. The house was built in 2010 and renovated in 2016.

Quadruple apartments on the ground floor (33m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

Quadruple studios (25m2) on the first floor have one double, one single and an folding armchair. In the kitchen, they have a large refrigerator with a freezer, they have no oven but only hot plates.

The quadruple apartment (35m2) on the second floor has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, safe box, kitchen, bathroom and a hairdryer. Some have mosquito nets, some have not. Small pets are allowed in agreement with the owner. Laundry service is provided and additionally charged.

Guests can use the deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and there’s also a coffee shop. Within the accommodation, there’s a yard and covered parking with numbered places. They have no restaurant, but there is a possibility to pay for breakfast served at Akti House.

You can get there by driving down main street in Vourvourou. When you pass the big Diaporos Hotel, you will drive another 200m and turn into the street across from Akti Psarogiannis accommodation on the beach. After 190m you will see Akti Psarogiannis Garden House accommodation.
