If you’re looking for peaceful accommodation near the beach, with a nice owner who will be at your disposal for whatever you need, Gianna Studios is the right choice for you. Location is excellent, as well as price/quality ratio.

Gianna Studios is located in a beautiful place, not just next to the road, so peace is secured. The sandy beach with crystal clear water and the Blue Flag is at 70m, while the closest supermarket and tavern are about 100m away.

In the offer are two triple and one quadruple studio, one quadruple apartment and one quintuple duplex apartment, which are located on the first and second floor.

Triple studio is equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed.
Quadruple apartment is intended for a family with two children. There’s one double bed in the room with a kitchen and two shorter beds for children in the other room. The rooms are separated by a glass door.
Quintuple duplex apartment has two bedrooms, in one is a double bed and in the other one are a double and a single sofa. The spacious living room has a kitchen and a folding sofa bed.

On the second floor there are a triple studio with a double and a single sofa bed and a quadruple studio with a double bed in one room and two single beds shorter than the standard ones in the another room (not physically separated).

All accommodation units are air conditioned, they have TV and internet. Kitchens are equipped with necessary dishes and have two burner hot plates, a mini oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer. All bathrooms have only tiles, although some are enclosed with glass partition, while others have curtains. Most of the units have a partially sea view and all have beautiful balconies with awnings, table and chairs, so shade and sun protection are provided throughout the day. The windows and doors have mosquito nets, while the baby cot is available upon request.

The courtyard is fitted with a gazebo, barbecue and a table with chairs for dining and socializing. A private covered parking lot is 50m away from the house.

Guests of this accommodation are offered 10% discount in the Porto Marina restaurant in Porto Koufo. For further information it is better to ask the owners when you arrive in the accommodation.
