Karali Studios is an accommodation located on the promenade, in the first row by the sea in Nikiti. It is surrounded by a spacious and fenced yard that is breathtaking, with plenty of greenery, sitting sets with canopies, and natural shade. The offer includes air-conditioned apartments for 3-4 people, of urban design, with wireless internet, and some with a beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation also offers guests sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, free of charge.

A bakery and butcher shop are 130m away, and the Happy market is at 500m. The accommodation is separated from the city beach by only a street.

IIt consists of a central building and a smaller one located directly behind the main one. There are a total of 18 accommodation units, including eight four-person standard apartments, two three-person superior studios, one four-person superior apartment on the ground floor, and one three-person superior studio on the ground floor in the first building. The second building has six four-person apartments.

There are eight four-person standard apartments, four of which are located on the first floor, and four on the second floor. All of them have been fully renovated and feature a spacious private terrace. The bedroom contains a double bed, while the living room with a kitchen has high wooden bunk beds, a stove, and a refrigerator. All standard apartments face the garden and have a side view of the sea. A standard apartment can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, but the second child must not be older than 10 years.

The superior units have a direct sea view. There are four of them, two on the ground floor and one each on the first and second floors. The ground-floor superior units include a studio with a double and a single bed, without a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with two separate areas (toilet and shower), and an apartment with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in a separate area from the kitchen and bathroom. The superior units on the floors are apartments with a separate bedroom containing a double bed. The kitchen also has a small sofa bed for one child. The maximum capacity of these units is two adults and one or two children (if both children are very small). The terrace is not enclosed, and the studio on the ground floor has a direct exit to the garden, while the apartments on the floors have a standard balcony.

In the second building, there are eight four-person apartments. Three of them have two single beds in the living room and one double bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, and a toaster, while the bathroom has a shower cabin. The remaining apartments have one double or two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A four-person apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4+1 people (including a baby crib).

All accommodation units have mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV, and a private terrace or veranda. A baby crib or extra bed can be added to any unit. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and rooms are cleaned daily. A washing machine is available for an additional fee. The internet is strong with three routers.

The accommodation is surrounded by a fenced, well-maintained garden full of greenery, with sunbeds and canopies, truly making it a peaceful oasis. There are only six parking spaces on the private parking lot, so other guests can park their vehicles along the road. Guests can also use the beach sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge.

After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, continue straight until you see the church on the right. After the church, turn right and drive straight until you reach the street by the beach, then turn right, and 15 meters later you will see Karali Studios.
