If you wish to spend your vacation in more modest accommodation on the beach, in a peaceful place, then Georgia House could be a good choice for you. The accommodation is located on the Pigadaki beach (separated by a road) in Sikia. It is not new, but it is excellently maintained, and the owner is an older and very kind lady.
It is only 10m away from the beach, and the nearest supermarket is at a distance of 2.3km, on the main Sikia beach. In front of the house, a baker and a fruit and vegetable vendor pass by daily, making shopping significantly easier. Pigadaki is a very beautiful beach, small and well-kept, with fine sand, shallow waters, and calm sea. There are several restaurants on the beach, some of which are widely known, and nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia (Klimataria, Kriaritsi, Tourkolimnionas…).
Georgia House features a charming courtyard full of flowers, two triple studios (3 Bed Studio, No. 1 & No. 2), one quadruple studio (4 Bed Studio, No. 3), and one quadruple apartment (4 Bed Apartment, No. 4). All units have the same area, around (22m2).
Studios number 1 and number 2 have one standard double bed, one oversized single bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with tiles, shower, and curtain, and a terrace. They can accommodate up to 3 people, a maximum of three adults. The third studio (No. 3) has one narrower than standard double bed and two single beds. It can accommodate up to 4 people, a maximum of 3 adults. The bathroom has a shower area with a curtain. All studios have lovely terraces and a side sea view, small bathrooms that the owner recently expanded, but are still small. The terraces have laundry drying racks.
In addition to the studios, there is one apartment (No. 4) with a large shaded veranda, with a seating area and a sofa for relaxation. The apartment has one narrower than standard double bed in the first room where the kitchen is located, and two single beds in the bedroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people, a maximum of 4 adults. The bathroom has a tiled shower with a curtain.
All studios and the apartment have a kitchen with a large fridge, stove with burners, and necessary utensils. Guests have access to the internet and air conditioning.
Towels and bed linen are provided, and guests are responsible for hygiene during their stay. Of course, the accommodation is completely cleaned on the first and last day of the stay.
There is no private parking, but parking space can be found nearby.
Finding Pigadaki beach is not difficult. After turning off the main road towards Sikia beach, continue straight until the road forks. The road to the left leads to Sikia beach, and the one to the right uphill to Pigadaki beach. You will pass the first cove, and the next cove is Pigadaki beach. On the beach, you will see the Zampakos restaurant, and once you pass it, on the right side, you will see this accommodation.
If you are not too demanding and want accommodation right on the beach, Georgia House could be a good option.
