In one bedroom it has a double bed and in the other one there are two single beds. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided. There are two sofas in the living room that are not used for sleeping. The kitchen is in a separate room and is equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee machine, large refrigerator with freezer and all necessary utensils. In the bathroom, next to the bathtub with a curtain, there is also a washing machine. The porch overlooks the yard and the street, and has table and chairs. The apartment has air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer.

The yard is fenced and one parking space is provided within it.
