Anna Maria Apartments is an accommodation that has a fascinating sea view and is located at the very beginning of Neos Marmaras, not far from the center and all tourist attractions. Also, its ideal location allows you to visit the most beautiful beaches nearby, such as Lagomandra, Kalogria and Koviou.

It is about 1.3km away from the beautiful sandy beach Paradisos, and the city beach is about 950m away. The center, where you can find everything you need on vacation, such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc., is 200m away.

Accommodation has one three-bed and one four-bed studio and five four-bed apartments, two of which are duplex.

The four-bed apartments (A1 and A2) in the living room have a sofa bed, while in the bedroom (which is separated by a wall that has a large window with a curtain) there is a double bed. They also have access to a shared balcony, it is equipped with two seating areas and has a side sea view.
The four-bed studio (G8) has one double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a large balcony with table and chairs that has a side sea view.
Apartments (A1 and A2) and studio (G8) are located on the ground floor looking from the back of the house, but since the house is on a slope, it is a basement in front.

The three-bed studio (B3) is located on the first floor and has one double bed and one extra bed. The balcony has a side sea view and a table and chairs.

Four-bed duplex apartment (B4) has two double beds, arranged in two bedrooms and is located on the first floor. The balcony can be accessed from both bedrooms and it has a side sea view, as well as a table and chairs.

The four-bed apartment (G6) has one double bed in the bedroom and in the living room it has a sofa with a drawer bed.
The four-bed duplex apartment (G7) has one double bed in each of the two bedrooms. Both apartments have a balcony with table and chairs and a beautiful direct sea view that will enchant you.
Apartments G6 and G7 are located on the second floor (in the attic) and are the only ones that have two air conditioners. These apartments are not available for reservations for the 2024 season.

All accommodation units are air conditioned, have internet, TV, as well as mosquito nets. The kitchens have a stove (except in the three-bed studio (B3) and four-bed duplex apartment (B4) which have only two hot plates) and a large refrigerator with freezer. They are equipped with all necessary utensils. Apartments (A1, A2, G6 and G7) have a shower cabin in the bathrooms, while the studio (G8) has a small bathtub with a curtain, and the studio (B3) and the apartment (B4) have a shower tray with a curtain, with a shower in the studio being partly divided by a glass partition. There is also a hair dryer in the bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. They also have a baby cot available upon prior request.

On the ground floor there is a shared balcony with table and chairs and barbecue that can be used by all the guests of the accommodation. There is no private parking, but you can park in the surrounding streets. We would just like to mention that it is harder to find a parking lot in the middle of the season.

Coming from the direction of Nikiti, after passing the supermarket Paradissos, after some 60m turn right and continue straight to the first intersection where you continue straight and after 200m you will see the accommodation on your left.
