Kosmas On The Beach house is located in the new part of Sarti, in the first row to the sea. This modestly equipped accommodation can be a great choice for large families for whom the nearness of the beach is crucial, and a quiet location can provide the necessary rest.

It is separated from the beach only by the street, and it is only few meters away from supermarkets, taverns and bakeries.

There are three six-bed apartments, two on the high ground floor and one on the first floor. The apartments in the living room with kitchen have two connected single beds and one separate single bed, while in the bedroom there are three single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven and hot plates, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave, dining table and chairs and the necessary utensils. The bathroom has tiles with a curtain.

All accommodation units have TV, internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, terraces with table and chairs. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the owners.

The house does not have private parking lot, but guests can park their vehicles in front of the building, in public parking lot.

The best way to reach the the building is to turn off the highway towards the football field. Continue straight until you reach the beach, then turn left and continue straight until you see Kosmas House on the corner on the left.

This house can be a good choice for the guests who want everything to be at their fingertips in a quiet place.
