San Giorgio Apartments is a brand new accommodation facility located in a quiet part of the increasingly popular resort of Nikiti. This pleasant retreat, away from the crowds and noise, exudes comfort and elegance, with spacious and bright rooms tastefully and carefully equipped with high-quality furniture pieces.

The property is situated about 350 meters from the coast and a pebbly beach, while the beginning of the main beach in Nikiti, which is very beautiful and sandy, is around 800m away. The town center and promenade, providing easy access to all the amenities this place has to offer, are also at the same distance. Traditional taverns, fast food restaurants, bars, tourist shops, and souvenir stores line up one after the other. A bakery and a well-equipped supermarket are located about 600 meters from the accommodation.

San Giorgio Apartments offers 12 accommodation units spread over the high ground floor and the first floor, capable of hosting up to 3-4 persons.

The offer includes standard studios for up to three persons on the high ground floor, as well as duplex studios for up to four persons on the first floor. Standard studios with a kitchenette feature one double and one single bed, while the duplex studios on the ground floor have a sofa bed in the kitchenette area, and a double bed on the gallery accessed by wooden internal stairs.

The kitchens in all units are equipped with a standard refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic built-in hob with two burners, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a glass shower cabin. The bathroom in the duplex studios is located on the ground floor.

All accommodation units have WiFi internet, SAT TV and air conditioning (two level studios have two air conditioners and two TVs), as well as a standard balcony equipped with seating and overlooking the courtyard. Linen and towels are changed every three nights, and daily cleaning is provided. A baby cot is available upon request, while pets are not allowed.

The enclosed courtyard around the property features a well-maintained lawn, along with a covered seating area for relaxation and socializing. Sufficient parking spaces are available for all guests on the private parking lot.

The best way to reach the complex is to turn right in Nikiti at the cafe of the well-known Mikel chain, and continue down the street for about half a kilometer.
