Iliadis House is located in the heart of Sarti, few steps away from all contents and 140m from the sandy city beach. Although in the center, the accommodation has its own parking space, and it’s ideal for everyone who wants to be in the center of all happenings.

The house is at only 20m from the nearest market and taverns, bakeries and souvenir shops. There’s a bus station in front of the house, so it’s ideal for those without their own vehicle.

There are nine double and nine triple studios on the first and second floor, as well as three apartments on the ground floor.

Double studios have one double or two single beds, while triple have one double and one sofa bed (size of a single bed). Apartments have two bedrooms. Two apartments in the first bedroom have one double bed and in the second one one single and two joined single beds. One apartment has only two joined single beds in the second bedrrom, while the first one is the same.

Accommodation units have a cable TV, air conditioning, internet, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Owners can provide a hair dryer if needed. Kitchen is standardly equipped (hotplates and fridge). In the bathroom, there is a shower tray or just a shower and tiles. All studios have a private balcony with a sitting set. Apartments share one big balcony that overlooks the street, but each has a separate sitting set. Bed linen and towels are replaced every four days.

The house has a reception, but there’s no courtyard. There’s a private parking with 10 places next to the house.

Turn off the main road at the club Fact, continue ahead and turn to the first street on the left. After a few meters you will see the house on your right.

If you’re looking for a decent accommodation nearby all the contents of the place and very near to the sandy beach, Iliadis House may be a good choice.
