Areti Hotel on the Paradissos beach in Neos Marmaras is the example of quality and modern accommodation on a great location. Hotel is situated along the Paradisos beach and it has a beach bar. The nearest taverns and shops are only about 200m away. The part of the beach that belongs to the hotel is sandy and pebbly, with a gradual entrance in the water.

In the offer are quadruple apartments with one bedroom and living room with kitchen, superior quadruple apartments with two bedrooms and living room with kitchen and double and triple rooms.

The double rooms have two single beds connected with a mattress in one double bed. The triple rooms have one double and one single bed, or three single beds, and there are also rooms with a king size bed and one folding armchair.

The quadruple apartments have one double or two single beds in the bedroom, and one folding sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen.

The superior apartments have one double bed in one bedroom and two single beds (connected or separated) in the second one, and a sofa and an armchair in the living room with kitchen.

All the accommodation units are spacious, equipped with modern and quality furniture and they have a comfortable terrace with a fantastic sea view (except one in the backside of building). In all the rooms and apartments there are a fridge, WiFi internet, hairdryer, LCD TV with satellite channels, air conditioner and electric kettle. Cleaning is done every day, but only upon request. The replacement of bed linen is done every three day, while the towels have been replaced every two days. Cooking and smoking are forbidden inside the rooms.

Buffet breakfast is available from 08:00-10:30. It is served in the dining room, nicely arranged and pleasant area next to the reception. Also, you can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony with a wonderful sea view.

There’s a beautiful and nicely arranged yard in front of the hotel, ideal for children to play and for adults to hang around. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas on the beach in front of the hotel are free of charge for guests. The beach is safe for children as the lifeguards are always on the watch. The private parking is provided within the complex.

You will find the accommodation very easily. After the Star Paradise Hotel, get off the main road to the street on the right and drive ahead until you reach the street by the beach. Then turn left and drive ahead for 180m until you reach the hotel.
