The Stone House is a 2-storey luxury building at the entrance to Psakoudia. Kind and attentive owners, with a lot of style and love, completely equipped the house with quality furniture, thinking of the tiniest details. Guests at this accommodation expect comfort, luxury and pleasant ambience, as well as a precious feeling of privacy because they will have the whole house for themselves.

The Stone House (110m2) is located about 750m from the sandy beach, where it is also the center of the city with its modest offer in the form of several taverns, fast food restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as a souvenir and mixed goods store. Two large supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity - across the street Marinopoulos, while Masoutis is at 500m.

The house is air-conditioned, it has WiFi internet and can accommodate up to ten people. On the first level, there are two bedrooms, the first has one double bed and a closet, while the second has one double bed, a sofa bed and a closet. There’s also a large bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, washing and drying machine, as well as an iron. On the second floor, there’s a spacious and tastefully arranged living room with fireplace, corner sofa and large TV, including a dining room with a table and a baby chair, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a wide range of necessary cutlery and dishes. From the living room, there’s an access to a glazed balcony with two sofa beds and a piano that will delight the musicians and music lovers. From that part, there’s another access to a spacious, open, but covered balcony with a view of the shore, sitting sets and a drying rack. On this floor, there’s another bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and the wooden stairs lead to the gallery in the attic with one double and two single mattresses.

There’s a small courtyard with space in front of the house, barbecue and parking space in the shade under the trees.

Following the main road, it’s best to pass by the first turn to Psakoudia and take the next, big and well-marked turning to the right after the big supermarket Marinopoulos.

The Stone House is a good choice for a large family or a group of friends or who don’t mind the vicinity of the main road and appreciate quality, comfort and pleasant ambience offered by this unique accommodation.
