Stella’s Beach House is a maisonette located in a beachfront accommodation complex, on one of the most beautiful locations in Nikiti. This accommodation complex is very modern and high quality, regularly and well maintained, and only street separates it from the beach. The accommodation unit is extremely comfortable and spacious, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Stella’s Beach House accommodation unit is located about 50m away from the beach, and the accommodation complex in general is located on the promenade, a short walk away from all amenities. The nearest market is at 800m, and besides the bakery and market in the center (1,5km), there is also a very good bakery and grocery store 1km away, as well as the supermarkets Lidl and Masoutis on the main road (about 2km).

This two-level maisonette can accommodate up to five people (four adults and one child). On the lower level there is a living room with a corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, all necessary utensils and dishes), and a toilet. Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other one there are bunk beds, while in the bathroom there is a shower tray with curtain and a washing machine.

The maisonette has one veranda with sun umbrella and a dining table in front of the entrance, as well as one upstairs balcony with side sea view, equipped with a sitting set. Accommodation unit is air conditioned, it has TV, internet, mosquito nets, shutters, laundry drying rack and baby high chair. Clean bed linen and towels are available for replacement, as well as all necessary cleaning products (for guests to take care of hygiene in maisonette).

Except beautifully landscaped and fenced small lawn in front of the accommodation, there is no yard. Guests can park their cars in the street in front of the maisonette.
