Stepan House is located in a quiet location near the square and the center itself and it can be an excellent choice for families with children as well as guests who want to spend their vacation in a peaceful environment.

The nearest beach is Sykia beach, 4.5 km from the accommodation, so we would recommend this accommodation only to those who come with their own vehicle . The store is 100m from the accommodation, and the center of the village with taverns, fast food, post office, pharmacy is about 150m away.

The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate kitchen, as well as a balcony with a table and chairs for sitting. There are two single beds in each room, which can be joined if necessary. Also, each bedroom has air conditioning and TV. The accommodation has internet and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove, microwave as well as a large refrigerator with freezer and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.

Towels and bed linen are replaced by the guests halfway through their stay, and they receive clean ones from the owner. Guests are also responsible for hygiene during their stay in the accommodation.

There is no private parking, but you can park near the accommodation.

When you enter the village of Sykia, after passing the supermarket on the left, you turn into the first street on the right. Continue straight on that street and drive for about 1 km, then turn left. Then after 750m turn right, then right again and you will see the accommodation on your right.

If privacy and a quiet location are your priority and you have a car with which you could visit the beautiful nearby beaches, then Stepan House is an excellent choice for you.
