The accommodation features a ground-floor five-bed unit, which includes a living room with two sofas leading into the kitchen, located in a separate room but not partitioned by doors. From the kitchen, you enter one bedroom which also does not have doors, and houses a double bed. The second bedroom is accessed from the living room and contains a double bed. The bathroom is accessed from the kitchen, equipped with a shower cabin with a wall and curtain, as well as a washing machine.

The unit is air-conditioned and offers guests free WiFi, a TV, a fan, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners, a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, or halfway through the stay. Cleaning of the accommodation is done upon request by the guests, no later than halfway through their stay.
