Konstantina Villa is situated in the tranquil village of Gerakini, one of the oldest tourist destinations of Halkidiki located at the beginning of Sithonia. The nearest beach is just 600m away, with several small markets nearby, and within a mini shopping center, guests can find a fast food restaurant, a few boutiques, a supermarket and a pastry shop.

This accommodation is a duplex structure on two levels designed to accommodate up to six adults and one child, with an extra bed available. On the first level, at the high ground level, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, while on the second level, located on the first floor level, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.

Within this air-conditioned house, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hydromassage bathtub in one of the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a toaster. A baby cot can be added upon request at no extra cost. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For stays of ten nights or more, guests are provided with a fresh set of towels and bed linen, while for reservations of 20 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is organized.

On the veranda equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy a barbecue with family and friends. The yard is enclosed, with a meticulously maintained lawn and shaped boxwoods.

Coming from Thessaloniki, once you reach the beach in Gerakini, drive along the main street to the Ikos Olivia hotel complex, then turn left past the parking area and continue straight for another 80m until you reach a dirt road leading left. Upon turning left, you will turn right into the first small street - the second house on the right side of the road is Konstantina Villa.
