Rezina’s House is located in the village of Sikia, about 4km from the beach of the same name. Situated in a peaceful location, away from the crowds, it can be a great choice for guests seeking spacious accommodation away from the coast but still close to all the events that this authentic Greek village offers.

The nearest supermarket is 170m away from the property, and some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia are just 4-5km away.

This is a house with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. The house is located three steps above ground level. Upon entering, on the right side, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen, and three more steps lead to the living room, where there is a sofa for one person and a sofa for two. From the living room, stairs lead to a gallery with a double bed, not separated by doors from the rest of the house. From there, you enter a bedroom with a single bed, separated by glass doors.
On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, and necessary utensils.
The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.

The house is air-conditioned and has a TV, washing machine, WiFi internet, and mosquito nets.

Towel and linen change is done halfway through the stay, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation themselves.

The accommodation has a fenced yard where guests have access to parking and a barbecue.

Rezina’s House can be an excellent choice for guests who are not demanding and wish to spend their vacation in seclusion, enjoying the silence in a traditional Greek village.
