Costa Del Sol Apartment is located in a peaceful setting, outside the inhabited area, about 250 meters from the long sandy Sykia Beach and approximately 5 kilometers from the village of Sykia. Thanks to its location, the accommodation offers peace and privacy, while still providing quick and easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. Sykia Beach is about 1.5 kilometers long, wide, and covered with fine sand both on the shore and in the water. It has been awarded the Blue Flag, featuring shallow areas ideal for families with children, as well as sections with a gradual depth and no long shallow zone. The accommodation is nicely arranged and includes a courtyard suitable for rest and relaxation. It serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the entire peninsula, especially the many beautiful beaches in the southern part of Sithonia.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with a slightly elevated entrance reached by climbing three steps. It is suitable for up to five adults and consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Both the living room and the bedroom feature a double bed, while an extra bed for one person can be added upon request.

Upon request and at no extra charge, a baby cot is available for guests.
