Villa Kalogeraki is located in the very center of Potos, in the main street that runs through the place, right next to the largest supermarket, at 50m from the central junction at an amusement park. Location is excellent – in the center, at about 200m from the beach.
The villa is distinguished by the fact that it’s all in the greenery, palm trees and flowers. The courtyard is beautiful arranged with many kinds of flowers, floral trees, greenery and shade.
Balconies overlook either the main street or other buildings at the back of the villa. From the last (third floor) you can see the sea over the roofs.
The furniture is classic, wooden. It is quite modest, but everything is clean and decent. The kitchens and bathrooms on the third floor have been renovated for the 2022 season.
The accommodation has a total of 17 units, which are divided into three floors. On the first floor there are three double rooms without a kitchen, on the second floor eight double rooms also without a kitchen and on the third floor one apartment and five studios. Two studios on the third floor have a kitchen on the terrace that is used only by that unit, while the others have it within the room.
The double rooms on the first and second floor are about 13 square meters in size and have double or two single beds, and in three rooms an extra bed for a smaller child can be added. Each room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony. The bathrooms in these units have not been renovated and have a shower without a curtain. There is a shared kitchen on both floors that guests can use. The common kitchen on the first floor has a stove with hotplates (the stove is not functional, only hotplates), a large refrigerator and dishes for preparing light meals, while the kitchen on the second floor has only a sink and dishes (plates, glasses, mugs, etc.) and it is not equipped for meal preparation. The owners can provide a kettle or a small hot plate for preparing turkish coffee on request.
On the third floor there are five studios and one apartment.
Studio number 13 has four beds and is about 20 square meters. It has two single beds and one double bed, and the owners can add an extra bed on request. The balcony overlooks the main street and the sea can be seen in the distance.
Studios number 14 and 15 are the same - they have one double bed and one single. They are about 18 square meters in size. The balconies are slightly smaller in size than the corner balconies because they are in the middle, but there is enough seating for three people. The view is on the main street and in the distance on the sea.
Apartment number 16 can accommodate up to four people and is about 30 square meters. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and two single beds in the living room. The kitchen has been renovated, but it has a large refrigerator that is a bit older and the owners plan to replace it for the next season. The balcony is corner and overlooks the main street and the sea in the distance.
Studio number 17 is located at the back of the building and has a double bed. The size of this studio is about 15 square meters. The kitchen of this studio is located on the balcony and is used only by this unit. The refrigerator is within the room. This studio has a larger but narrower balcony and part of the balcony looks at the back of other buildings, while from the corner of the other part of the balcony you can see the sea in the distance.
Studio number 18 is also located at the back of the building and has a double bed. In this studio an extra bed cannot be put. The size of this studio is about 15 square meters. The kitchen of this studio is located on the balcony and is used only by this unit. The refrigerator is within the room. This studio has a larger but narrower balcony and overlooks other properties at the back.
All units on the third floor have a kitchenette with two hotplates and an electric kettle.
All accommodation units within the complex have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, safe and hair dryer.
Towels and bed linen are provided, and cleaning and replacement is done once during the stay if the guests stay up to seven nights, and twice during the stay if they stay eight or more nights.
This accommodation does not have its own private parking, but a large private parking is available next to it, which is paid for 3e, upon entry.
This accommodation is god choice for those who want to be near the center and the beach.
