Irene Rooms is located in Skala Maries, near a beautiful sandy beach with a long shallow water. It offers modern studios and an apartment with sea view. The villa is one of the most popular in our offer because of the price and quality ratio. Not far from the accommodation are the center with tavernas, as well as a shop.

The accommodation is located in the first row to the sea, at a distance of 50m from the beach Atspas. The center of the town, where most of the taverns are located and the city beach, is 500m away, while the nearest grocery store is 50m away.

Irene Rooms is a new and modernly furnished accommodation with five studios and one suite.

On the first floor there is a large apartment which has a bedroom with a double bed, the living room with a sofa and armchair, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a large fridge. On the second floor there is a three-bed studio with one double bed and an armchair, as well as one four-bed studio with a double bed and a sofa bed. On the third floor there are two studios (35m2), one with four beds with two double beds and one with five beds, with two double beds and a sofa.

All accommodation units have a terrace and sea view, and the size of the terraces is different. Also, all units have wireless internet, air conditioning, television, mosquito nets and hairdryer. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed while the baby cot can fit in all accommodation units except the double ones. Studios have an area between 20-22m2, while the apartment has 55m2. There is also a ramp provided for the disabled.

Cleaning and replacing of towels and linen are done every three days.

There is no private parking, but guests can park their cars on the street in front of the accommodation.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the sign Atspas beach, at the exit from Skala Maries. Take the street by the sea and 40m after the cafe Porto Gatos, you will see your villa on the right side of the road.

The villa is a good choice for those who want modern accommodation near a sandy beach.
